We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
Alot of work goes on behind the scenes after an order is confirmed so we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds after orders have been confirmed and paid for.
Please don't order if you are not 100% sure of your purchase to save both you and me the trouble.
However if an item is damaged during shipping, or breaks I will be happy to replace the item or give you store credit for the same amount.
Applicable only for 3 days after item has been delivered~ All we ask is that you drop us an email at email@example.com along with a photo/video proof of the damaged product.
